An ideal rest stop for the weary traveler, Laem Tong Bay remains almost totally secluded. Lounge around on the white, sandy beach, go for a swim in clear blue waters, or even venture out to the coral reefs for some snorkeling. The small islands opposite the beach (accessible by boat) offer pristine nature as well as some of the choicest diving in Phi Phi. Note that you need to be a hotel guest to use a sun lounger here, but look between the palm trees and you may find hammocks for public use--a cool, leafy alternative.     We absolutely love this area of Ko Phi Phi Don. I have read so many complaints about this island but that is because those people stayed in Tonsai, we stayed a week on Long Beach and a week on Laem...  more »

    Great beach, nice view, full of long tail boats. Clear shiny water, relaxing atmosphere. maybe a bit dirty because of tourists but naturally beautiful!  more »
