Get some historical perspective at Fort Siloso and Sri Mariamman Temple. Take a break from the city and head to East Coast Park and Siloso Beach. Step out of Singapore to go to Sentosa Island and see Sentosa Boardwalk, which is approximately 32 minutes away. There's lots more to do: browse the different shops at Clarke Quay, walk around Fort Canning Park, enjoy the sand and surf at Changi Beach, and get engrossed in the history at Asian Civilisations Museum.
