Located on the Canadian side of the falls, the 160 m (520 ft) tower features three external elevators that can whisk you to the top in just under a minute. The views from the outdoor and indoor decks alone merit a visit, though most tourists also choose to round-off their experience with a hearty meal at the onsite restaurant. • The revolving restaurant is a MUST experience. The food was great, the service was excellent, and you can't beat the fantastic view.

  • This rating encompasses the entire experience - the staff at the restaurant was great, lively, and entertaining, and was able to cater to requests fairly quickly. Very glad to have that throughout the visit. Expect to go through touristy things to get upstairs to eat, but it doesn't change the mood much. The view was excellent as the perspective over the falls is high enough to have it feel differently than below; the observation deck is the best spot to head after dinner as well. The difficulty I had with the restaurant was the quality of the meal. For the price ($$$), I expected significantly better quality than received. For instance, reviewing the steak, it was not tender or seasoned well, in fact a large portion of my "aged certified Angus" was lined with a vein of inedible gristle. The sauces were basic and the overall presentation wasn't on par with the price. The experience was still positive and fun and the atmosphere was great inside the restaurant (hence the 3 stars), but the price and food quality took it down for me. Good experience, great staff, wish the meal was better.
  • The ride to the top is breathtaking for sure. The tower restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The views are superb and you get different views the whole time you're eating. It rotates one time around an hour. The menu is small but for good reason. I had the steak and lobster and it was delicious. The steak was thick and cooked perfectly. It melted in my mouth and it tasted so good. I would recommend going if you visit the falls.
