Hazrat Nizamuddin Darga
Jostle through the shop-packed alleys until you reach Hazrat Nizamuddin Darga, a serene 700-year-old mausoleum of one of the world's most famous Sufi saints, Nizamuddin Auliya. Visited by thousands of Muslims every week, the complex also holds the tombs of poet Amir Khusrow, Nizamuddin's contemporary, and of a 17th-century Mughal princess, Jahanara Begum Sahib. Observe worshippers pray to Mezar, listen to centuries-old qawwali (devotional music), and admire the intricate stone lattice and Farsi inscriptions. In the evening, candles illuminate the dargah. After your visit, explore the many good eateries in the area--but be aware of pickpockets. For Hazrat Nizamuddin Darga and beyond, use our New Delhi road trip planning site to get the most from your New Delhi vacation.

This is a very lovely place and the soul gets peace by going here. It is very nice to go here but before going here one thing should be kept in mind When you are 300 meters away from the dargah, people start talking to you, slippers, shoes, get down here. But you don't have to get off there slippers You take a bag for slippers and keep it in it. Otherwise the shopkeepers take money from you
