See thousands of colorful birds in flight at Jurong Bird Park, where you can attend regular live shows and feedings. Rare and exotic birds abound at the open-air aviary, from flocks of pink flamingos to rainbow-colored parrots. You can even get up close to penguins in their icy habitat. Make sure to visit the waterfall aviary, a free-flight habitat centered around a 13-storey cascade. Sightsee without tiring yourself by getting around the park on a hoop-on, hop-off tram. One just should not miss the Jurong Bird Park when in Singapore. Park is so much nicely designed, that I wish to visit here again and again. So much variety of avian species under one roof. All the shows are simply amazing. If you are planning to visit the park, then you have to plan your activities ahead of time as these shows are scheduled at specific time and you don’t spend lot of time in deciding and missing to see some exhibits. Start your day at the park by watching 3 shows and then proceed with bird watching.

This place offers you a heavenly experience where you enter a world of luscious greenery and view exotic birds from all over the world. It is worth several visits especially if you have little kids. Not only is it enjoyable for them but also educational...the authorities have thoughtfully provided information about each bird specie in a language that children can very easily understand.
