  • Second time doing this trail, even better as there was no rain but the temperature was cool and bearable. Lots of shade and possible pitstops.

  • Catch cable car from Harbourfront to Mt Faber. Wander around and then walk across to Hort Park and Canopy Walk. Full day. Take drinks and food. Very peaceful and a quieter part of Singapore. Well...

  • 17 May 2022: Amazing experience to walk above the trees, the smell of fresh air and also listening to birds chirping. Best timing to go would be early morning and the walk at the elevated Forest Walk is not too tough but remember to go at your own pace.
  • This place is OK, start from marang trail. Can walk up to 10km.

A trek along The Southern Ridges brings visitors to five other parks - Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, HortPark, Kent Ridge Park and the Labrador Nature Reserve. Spread over 10km of green and open spaces, a hike through The Southern Ridges takes visitors to five local parks which are linked by park connectors. As part of the journey, travellers cross bridges through the Adinandra Belukar, a distinct secondary forest, and can observe a variety of birds. Henderson Waves is another highlight of the walk. Its Singapore’s highest pedestrian bridge is a marvel during nightfall - it is illuminated with LED lighting. Trekkers can enjoy panoramic views of lush greenery, sights and sounds of wildlife.
