Indisputably one of Vietnam's most atmospheric destinations, Hoi An contains a World Heritage-listed old town boasting over 2,000 years of culture and history.
Kick off your visit on the 12th (Fri): enjoy the sand and surf at My Khe Beach, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at The Marble Mountains, and then see what you can catch with a fishing tour. Pune, India to Hoi An is an approximately 14-hour flight. You can also drive. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1.5 hours traveling from Pune to Hoi An. In August, daytime highs in Hoi An are 40°C, while nighttime lows are 30°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 13th (Sat) so you can go by car to Hue.
